Awful and Unprofessional company with dishonest staff

Worst experience I have had with a courier service. No shock that this is Rains partner as they are an awful company in their own right

Recieved an email to schedule my pickup. Guy was dishonest saying they tried to call me. Then had a nightmare with probably 11 (!) total attempts to speak to their contact centre. In the middle of these calls spoke to the courier guy directly who I informed I'm leaving for work soon as I wasted my morning waiting for him and he told me wait I'll be there in 15 minutes and never arrived. I called back and was out through to him again 1.5 hours later and he had the audacity to say yes I know I said 15 Min but I have other packages as well. Completely unprofessional and not respecting my time at all.

This company is poorly run and has unprofessional staff. Awful company.
