Avoid them like the plague

Ordered the rain one home package and CCD couriers called to arrange the date and time. The agent indicated that theres an open slot between 12 and 4pm. I specifically mention that I'll be home between 3 and 4 pm and we finalized. A rude and arrogant driver arrives at my home today just before 11am (I'm obviously not at home because this is not the time we arranged) and quarrels with my partner and drives away while my partner tries to explain to him that he arrived earlier than the time arranged. I call the call Centre to express my dissatisfaction about the driver's conduct and I remind them about the time agreed upon. I receive a follow up call later indicating that the driver would try to make delivery again. I then remind them again about the time between 3 and 4pm. This spiteful driver decides to come again at a wrong time so it can be a failed delivery. The level of unprofessionalism in this company is despicable. I've asked for the recordings of the calls to expose their dishonesty and unprofessionalism but I doubt they will own up. They can keep the parcel I will not take part in this circus anymore.
