Avoid if possible
Such an unprofessional organization.
Phoned me on Tuesday for a delivery. Confirmed time and address for today. Received a call earlier advising they will deliver tomorrow (after I had already arranged for today). Asked them to verify and advised they would phone me back. 2 Hours later and no contact so I phoned them again. This time I am told they have no address on the system for me???
I have escalated to the CEO of the company from which I ordered the goods. I advised the CEO that I am considering cancelling all my products due to the unprofessionalism of their logistics partner.
After 3 calls I still have no idea when I will receive my delivery!
