Avoid CCD - Bank with someone other than FNB
Seriously considering changing banks because they use CCD couriers. Probably the worst service provider in SA. They call at 0720 in the morning ( ******* ) and then have no idea how to speak to people or how their own processes work. Simple things like delivering a card should not be this hard.
they want to know who will sign before they will tell you when it will come?? They ask for the 3rd parties details and then tell you 3rd parties can't sign. Just a farce of a company

19 Feb 2024, 15:48The laughable service continues. No feedback as promised above. Driver arrives, asks for me to sign for a card for my wife!!! I then get numerous messages to tell me you are running late, on your way, 2 minutes away - all 2 hours after the card was delivered.
Such a frustrating company to deal with.
