Atrocious service delivery

CCD called requesting for a confirmation of my address at 12 and later at 13:52 to confirm I was available for the delivery and at that point I informed the called, the card needed to be delivered by 4 since I was meant to be at the airport at 5. 15:54 I get another call requesting my address which was supp**** before and on booking the delivery. On sharing the pin location with the driver I noticed he is only 7 minutes away from my house.

CCD kept me indoors all day while they are just a short drive away from my house, my card should have been delivered first thing in the morning and not after 4 pm.

This service was atrocious
