Atrocious service

Absolutely atrocious service by CCD couriers. I had delivery scheduled for my bank cards for Wednesday 10 August between 8am and 10am as I would be out of office for the remainder of the day. I received 2 of my cards on time but the remainder of the 2 wasn't delivered. I then kept on calling but couldn't get through. Eventually I received a call at 10:40am same day to say that there was an error with my other cards on their side and for some reason my cards are not yet in Cape Town. After a number of calls Thursday I managed to speak to a supervisor who was helpful in locating my cards, which somehow ended up in Bloemfontein while I am in Cape Town. He then advised that delivery will be done Friday morning between 9am and 11am as yet again, I will be unavailable after this time. Again I called to follow up as the courier did not arrive only to be told yet again, they have the incorrect address on the system and I assume a delivery date will need to be rescheduled again. No apology from CCD regarding their ***** up. Not one ***** up, but two. And still, no cards. Frustration is too light a word to use.
