Arrogant, unreliable and unprofessional lack of service

I had booked for my delivery to be scheduled between 10:00-12:00 with my bank online on 01 March 2024. I never received any call or confirmation for my delivery from CCD prior to that. On the day they show up at 9:20 the time that I never confirmed nor booked and to their surprise I was not home to accept the delivery, which is why o never booked that time slot because I knew I was not going to be around that time. I was told the driver just left and said he will call back and never did. At 12:30 I receive an email from them asking if the delivery for 8:00-10:00 is okay with me, I mean how can you want to confirm the time after the fact? I then phoned the number on the email and Tsedidzo answered and was so rude, unprofessional with bad attitude towards me . When I explained how every went he never once apologised for the Miscommunication and said their system says 8-10 and didn’t even want to hear me out and all he said was there is nothing they can do because I missed the time. He didn’t even bother to try to reschedule another time convenient for me and was shocked beyond believe . I was the one who asked him aren’t you going to try to reschedule and that’s at least what you can do instead of saying there is nothing you can do? I have never been treated so rudely and arrogantly by people who are not properly trained to do their job and candle customer service
