Arranged delivery but they are a no show.

CCD Couriers called me during the week to arrange delivery. The date was scheduled for Friday the 18th August 12h00 - 14h00. I made all the arrangements to be home, I accepted the calendar invite that was sent. At 15h00, I made a call to the office to check what was happening, They said they'll sort it out and call me back. It's Monday and they still have not called. The service is dreadful. I had to reschedule meetings to make sure I was home, and I wasted a full day. I'm still waiting for a call and for my delivery to be made. I advise you not to use this courier service.
