Appauling service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I've been waiting on my cell phone delivery for 2weeks now,CCD couriers and intellice service is so appauling,I've spend airtime being moved from pillar to post Nd to date the cell phone hasn't been delivered,I was hospitalized on Tuesday was discharged this afternoon,they insisted on delivery at the hospital,I call again to advise that it must be delivered at home of which the delivery was authorised by the service provider which is intellicell,now CCD couriers tells me the want authorisation from intellicell fir an emergency delivery ,but the money has already been collected from my account,at that time the cell phone is not in my possession,I'm really appauled, worse from the money spent whilst admitted in hospital to make calls fir arrangements but still,
