APPALLING SERVICES

I ordered a Rain 4G Sim card last Thursday 10th November 2022. Since then I have been receiving calls from a +***8 who would drop the call on the other side the minute I answered. I left it. On Tuesday afternoon at 15:53 I received yet another call from that number and this time an agent named Tumi spoke and advised me my Sim will be delivered on Thursday 17th November 2022 between 2-4pm. I asked him why it's taking so long for delivery to take place and he advised he will have to follow up with Rain. Needless to say yesterday morning I had 4 calls from the same number and every time I answered my call got dropped on the other side. When I decided to call the number I spoke to a Lukhanyiso Jonas who said there was nothing captured on there system and a new delivery date will have to be furnished to me. I told her this was totally unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was apparently busy on another call and would call me back. I'm still waiting on a manager to call me back but subsequent to us chatting I received an email indicating CCD Couriers have unsuccessfully tried to get hold of me regarding my delivery and I need to now call them quoting the reference number they gave in the email. What APPALLING services to say the least!! I have spent more than an hour trying to successfully resolve a simple delivery of a Sim card between CCD Couriers and Rain yesterday and to no avail. Yet come deduction date Rain will be very quick to debit my account. What pathetic services with a bunch of *********** consultants!! I need this resolved as a matter of urgency and await delivery of my order soonest, today is a week later and Rain advertises 3-5 days delivery.
