Appalling Service Provided by CCD Couriers

I have been at home the whole day awaiting for a CCD Couriers’s to drop my FNB bank cards .

I’ve been calling endlessly since early in the morning regarding my delivery which I received no response on.

I then called in again at 15:48pm today regarding my cards not arriving and finally an agent picked up the phone. When I queried about my issue I was told that the courier has a delay and that’s the reason why the cards was not delivered. I’m really disappointed and appalled by this customer service . A delivery fee that I’m paying .

I wasn’t notified prior as before . A agent will call 3 days in advance to provide me details and confirm a specific date. This time I’ve just received a automated SMS stating “ FNB:-) We confirm that CCD Couriers will deliver the FNB PW Petrol Card today. ID required . For more info call *** Ref FR***********. FNB-Div of FRB LTD”

I called and haven’t received any help this far , the driver just didn’t turn up and no one at CDD can help me .

I wasted a day out of work - money that I’ll never get back and airtime trying to get through to CCD .

I’m definitely raising this with the National consumer council and FNB and I urge everyone the same happend to to do the same it is really appalling that FNB is using CCD as a courier partner.

I was promised a call back from a agent that told me , she will speak to her supervisor to get things sorted. Here I’m still waiting. I called back no answer
