Appalling service

The level of unprofessionalism in this entity is appalling to say the least. Contact centre cannot reach nor locate their drivers yet they have confirmed a time with me, no follow-up actioned by their contact center. You actually have to call them and follow up if they will still meet their appointment.

All these companies using CCD for deliveries not to reconsider because this is certainly not the kind of reputation they want to be affiliated with.
