Appalling service by CCD
CCD was supposed to deliver my FNB credit card to my home address. Ten days later, the card is still not here. I contacted them, and the card is in Bloemfontein, 200 km away. So it took 10 days to travel 400 km! I believe that they first tried to deliver it in Port Elizabeth. Absolutely terrible service, and no awareness of the importance of these deliveries to people's livelihoods. FNB should reconsider this service provider.
