Appalling Service

I am absolutely appalled with the service of your delivery partner CCD couriers. My card was due yo be delivered at home yesterday 22/08, I arrranged to woek from home due to this. At 12h49 I received an sms indicating that the driver would arrive shortly, at 13h50 when he still had not arrived I contacted the CCD call centre and was told he attempted delivery to no avail. This was a blatant lie as he had not called me nor had the complex gate called me to open for him. The driver **** on his delivery report and didn’t even attempt to call me. The CCD call centre then called me to advise that my delivery would take place in 3-5 days at which point I was livid because why would they reschedule my delivery because of their own service failure. I want my card delivered by no later than tomorrow!
