Appalling service

If you can take your customers serious and consider all these complaints to improve your service. Your call centre agents know nothing..you send sms that no one was home when asked for proof you say we will call you back-never happens. Your driver's say no answer from client which is not true. Rain needs to take the service back to Takealot because this is really bad service (appalling for lack of a better word).
