Appalling service.
Yesterday (02/11/2021), CCD Couriers notifies me that I will receive my parcel between 08:00 and 10:00 on 03/11/2021, also prompting me to furnish the necessary documents upon delivery. I have been notified of this twice, including the day of. It is now the morning of 03/11/2021; CCD reschedules their delivery window period to the afternoon (10:00 - 13:00) of the same day. I accept. I call the company around after 14:00, well beyond the proposed delivery period, and to my utter disappointment, I learn that the parcel was never dispatched and I will most certainly not receive my parcel today.
Very very disappointed.

03 Nov 2021, 15:51Thanks for the response. I have been contacted by CCD and, lo and behold, another rescheduling. Now the parcel is scheduled for Friday. CCD, with peace and love, you've outdone yourselves. This is very discouraging and disheartening. I have no words.
