APPALING SERVICE, or should I even use that word as there is no service

I am disgusted at the lack of urgency and support to the customers. Standard bank sent my cheque card to this useless company in May and they are yet to deliver my card.... Now in september they have been used again to deliver a new card to me and what do you know it is DECEMBER and I still have NOT ONE usuallable card, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DO ANYTHING WITHOUT HAVING ACCESS TO MY MONEY????????? - Furious Disgusted and let down....
