Your drivers and call centre are absolutely ***********. I have asked repeatedly that my cards be delivered to the branch. You keep “making the change” yet you have pitched up at my door five times while I am at work. How are you this stupid? How do you have jobs with this level of incompetence? Take my cards to the branch. It’s really not rocket science.
