My credit card got delivered but could not get it from the courier simply because I have a foreign passport. The delivery guy was instructed NOT to accept any foreign passport (how stupid), the only legal identity document I use in South Africa. Attempts to contact them were fruitless as their Cape Town office doesn't pick up their phones. CCD couriers should up their game, there are a lot of foreigners and a passport is a legal identity document for many foreigners! On a positive note, your SMS communication is up to scratch!
