ALWAYS issues with them
There are always issues with this courier, I get anxiety every time my bank has to send a card to me, have no idea why they still insist on using this company. This morning they said they were at the gate, but security confirmed that there was nobody. That time I did add my delivery address on the banking app. I tried to call the office to tell them I've confirmed with security, their office did not pick up. We also work, we cannot be on the phone for them all the time. Now they message me to say I was not available, like how!? And mention a charge for a re-delivery, what a pain honestly!

27 Jan 2025, 16:19CCD couriers employee, Kamogelo, called after emailing incorrect information to me. When I clarified the info she then passed me on to her supervisor, Almarie who made me wait on the line for about 4 mins, while I was also on my work call with my manager.
Almarie said they delivery people even took a picture of my address/delivery house, she said they entered an estate to go to another house for a delivery...and then came to mine, never told security at the gate. Now if anything at all happened to me, there would be no record of anyone signing in to come to my house! So this is how CCD couriers work then?
I am livid, and this is an understatement. I'd literally have nothing to do with this company had it not been for the bank that keeps wanting to deliver our cards through them. I really do want my card, and next time I'll fetch it from a branch.
