Alsolutely parthetic customer service

I had a delivery scheduled for Wednesday,the driver never showed up,,I was then told it would be today Friday now when I called they say next week Thursday. The parcel is already with them but they insist that I call Rain to arrange for delivery. Alsolutely parthetic customer service,they promise to call back and no 1 does I want and need my parcel delivered today
