All went smooth
ABSA sent my card to me via CCD Couriers. Arranged a date and time frame to receive it, but ended up calling them a day earlier to arrange for the following Monday 10-12am. (Had also asked the call centre agent to advise the driver to call me before coming out). Monday morning at 9:30 I get a call asking if i'll be available, and the rest was smooth sailing. Thanks folks :)
