All i Got was sorry

I was expecting my bank card to be delivered between 2 & 4pm on the 11th of December 2015. when the time lapsed and i called to find out what was happening i was told it was a \missed delivery"and the courier had simply taken a picture. My bell didnt ring during this period and neither did I recieve a phone call. I'm having to travel out the country without my bank card and ALL I GOT WAS A SORRY. I still have to pay the delivery charges etc. Very Disappointed.The supervisor even refused to speak to me after being put on hold for a long time.Her name is Felicity"""
