****** useless agents. Had a delivery scheduled for 03/07/2023 nobody bothered to call me, delivery was not made. 04/07/2023 somebody calls me at 07:00 and hangs up. I call back only for them to tell me I can either reschedule or cancel my parcel with rain. Rain must stop using this nonsense couriers they will lose customers. She said her name is FIKILE that's if she is even telling the truth.
