AFTER DELIVERY ON THE WRONG DAY

hi, FNB phoned me on Monday 18 May 2015 to sell me a Cell C contract. I've accepted the contract. On Tuesday 19 May 2015 CCD Couriers phoned me to arrange delivery and collection of FICA documents. I told them I would NOT be in on Wednesday 20 May 2015 they should come on Thursday 21 May 2015. On the morning of 20 May 2015 CCD Couriers arrived at my office. everything was fine. on the morning of 21 May 2015,CCD couriers phones again saying they are at my office where am I? I had another day out of office as CCD already collected my information. I missed 2 calls from CCD Couriers as they probably were following up on the non delivery of my Simcard. I tried to phone back - NO ANSWER!! today, on 22 May 2015, I receive a SMS from CCD Couriers: \CCD Couriers has been unable to contact you to arrange collection of your FNB documents. Please contact our office on...". I phoned them this morning"
