Abysmal shocking *********** service - do not use this company.

One star is too much! CCD Couriers received my card from Barclays to be delivered to me. CCD Couriers sent me a letter dated 18 September 2019. The postage stamp on the letter is 02 October 2019. In the letter it states that they don't have my telephone number, please can I call them. I received the letter yesterday 08 November and called them today only to be informed that my card has been sent back to the U****!

This letter lay on someone's desk at CCD Couriers for two weeks (14 days) before it got posted, now my card has been sent back and I have to make a number of calls abroad only running the risk again that Barclays will use this *********** company again!!!

CCD Couriers must also know that the postal service in South Africa is snail mail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The call centre phones are on VOIP and the line quality abysmal. All the manager says is "I only work here." Now ownership f the problem and no wish to rectify or help.
