Absolutely useless and disrespectful

I would like to take the time to express my absolute disgust and frustration with your delivery service. My delivery was scheduled for yesterday, I waited ALL DAY for your delivery, at 4pm I called to check if it was still en-route only to be told the driver didn’t even make an effort to find the location. No call was made to myself to let me know that he is no longer coming, no call to ask where I am situated (as he clearly cant use a map) The tele-consultant assured me I would get my delivery THIS MORNING, TODAY! I call again, and now its moved again for tomorrow?????

You guys think its acceptable to waste peoples VALUABLE time, it is plain DISGUSTING! Do you people even know how to plan logistics and deliveries, Maybe contact Checkers Sixty60, maybe they can school you. Your service is downright DISRESPTFUL to the time of others
