ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The first collection was cancelled due to their lack of attention to an email I sent saying I was OUT between 10 and 12 ! This is the time they allocated to driver! AND with no communication there after !? I had to and follow up? NOW THIS!? I am shocked and dumbfounded that the driver would not come up to my apartment? RAM has NO issue with it, nor ASAP, Mr. D or Dis-Chem ? Every one wants a job and monthly payment - but some pathetic individuals are clearly not prepared to work ?
