Absolutely Terrible Service - A complete waste of time!

Since they were unable to accommodate my roommates schedule (as she works) I had to receive the package in her place. Not only did they fail to mention in any of their communications -or lack thereof- that you have to have your ID, but they also required proof of residence (this is a pain to get, why do I need this for a package with some cables and a router???), they ALSO forgot to mention the person that ordered the package had to PHYSICALLY be there! You would think they were delivering diamonds or something. A photo of neither mine nor her ID and proof of residence nor a video call with her was good enough for them. Additionally, the delivery man was very unfriendly, condescending and as soon as he got the chance he BOLTED out of the apartment (like literally ran away with the package) and said we have to reschedule. It was very strange. 0/10 Would not recommend.
