Absolutely shocking service

These people have no clue what is going on. First of all they send me an SMS saying my bank card is being delivered on Friday. Then an agent calls me on said Friday to say no, both cards will come on Monday and asks what time would like them delivered - I ask for them to be delivered between 12pm and 4pm.

One bank card ends up being delivered on Friday. That's fine. On Monday, the driver, Themba, comes at 11:20 when I'm in a meeting. I send someone out to tell him I am only available from 12pm, may he please wait or come back. He has the nerve to say, if she doesn't come now, she'll get it another day! I excuse myself from my meeting to go get my card. Themba was extremely rude and argumentative during the handover - and then has the audacity to say "it's fine, lay your complaint" as he drives off - so unprofessional! He already knew nothing would happen to him.

I then phone CCD to lay a complaint only to be given a poor PR response which frustrated me to the point where I have resorted to writing this.

FNB really needs to deal with another courier company because this is absolutely unacceptable!
