ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

The most unprofessional and badly coordinated courier service I've ever seen.

I was told my FNB card would be delivered at some time between 8am - 4pm. I popped out to a shop 5mins away from my residence at 9am and got a call that the driver was there. He refused to wait the 5mins for me to get back and went to do another delivery first, Fine, that I can understand. I was told the driver would come back to me after his delivery, but I ended up waiting almost 2 hours in my driveaway for him to arrive and nothing. Even after receiving a sms that he was 12mins away. I spent 30mins trying to call the call centre and got nothing but an engaged tone or put on hold with no one ever picking up. Since then, there's been no communication at all.

This is not a way a business should be run. And absolute waste of everyones time.
