ABSOLUTELY RUDE COURIER
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i was expecting a parcel from FNB and the CCD courier disrepected me on the phone. He requested the address from me when the address was given to the company. When he delivered the card; he did not even greet me; he just handed over the parcel. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR COURIERS ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!</p>
