ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE CONSISTENTLY
Again for the 6th time I continue to experience absolutely PATHETIC and utterly ****! Service from this company, drivers are rude and ******** AF call center agents have very little to no customer service or problem solving skills
Driver keeps coming to my estate and then leaving without me being contacted I reschedule and provide my wife's credentials for delivery and the driver comes and says he can't leave MY CARD!!!!!! even after speaking to ME!!!!!! He will have to leave with MY! Card and I must reschedule AGAIN! and tell my wife to have her ID which she had... ... dealing with them is always the most frustrating experience I have ever had .... I honestly wish they just closed down or at the very least can the banks stop using them!
Its unfortunate that a complaint had to be made for the service to be received but nevertheless thank you to Andile for your tone, understanding and initiative.
