Absolutely Horrific
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to say that your service is absolutely pathetic. My mother received the dispatched sms from you on wednesday saying it will be 48 hours. The I call them to make the delivery arrangement and speak to an idiot who make the arrangements with me for today between 2 and 4 pm. Now that I call back you only give me a bunch of ****. The phone is still in cape town. They only deliver tuesdays to thursdays. Train your staff so that they dont talk bull**** and make arrangements out of hand without even knowing their own company rules.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even postnet has less **** and better service than this, really?
