Absolute Horrible Service

My partner’s bank card was supposed to be delivered last week, but here we are, still waiting. We’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money on airtime, calling CCD Couriers repeatedly, only to be told that my partner’s ID number ‘does not exist’ in their system. Can you imagine?

After all this back and forth, I finally contact the card issuer, only to find out CCD had captured the ID number incorrectly from the start. It took them a whole week to discover this mistake, and now, after all this time, I’m still expected to wait for a call to fix it. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating.

I don’t even understand why companies still use this courier service. Out of 2,263 reviews, 1,691 are horrible 1-star reviews! When will this company change and start doing right by people? I can’t be waiting over a week for a card. This is unacceptable.”
