A month later and still no contact made
<p>I received an email on 22 August 2016 from CCD Couriers saying that they have been unable to contact you to arrange delivery of my Standard Bank card. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've tried calling the numbers supp**** in the email and each time there has been no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's been a month and I still do not have my card nor any indication as to when it will be delivered.</p>

Thank you very much for your response. A very helpful consultant has contacted me regarding the matter.
I'm not sure how your branches operate but your team should definitely consider doing something about the Cape Town branch as I've been trying to make contact for over a month and phone calls still aren't being answered.
Hoping my card will be delivered soon.
