A frustrated Customer.

I had a parcel scheduled for delivery on the 26/06/2024 between 12:00 and 14:00 to my surprise when I called the call center I was advised that I received the parcel. What is more frustrating is that no has answers and when I can expect the delivery. I had to stop my daily duties to avail myself for the but yeeerrrrr. A frustrated Customer.
