They send a sms when they will deliver, and i organized to have someone available, me, to receive my package. sms reads as followswe will deliver your package between 12-4. this is 4 hours. only on the 4th sms my parcel was delivered, i lost 16 hours of productivity... freaking poor service. Courier guy, from any area in south africa, take only 3 days to deliver, ccd took 14 days to deliver!!!
