2 Failed deliveries!

I would just like to share with you my bad experience with CCD Couriers.

On the 14th of Jan 2019 a package was to be delivered to me before 17:00, @ 15:47 I received a message that they are experiencing delays an agent will contact me. NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I had to call to make a new arrangement. On the 17th of Jan 2019 the same package was to be delivered to me before 17:00. Once again 15:36 I received the same message for a delivery delay. After spending a good 12min on the phone to hear where the driver is and if he will be here before 17:00 he said yes!!!!

At 17:00 no one in sight. Driver only arrived after I had left. Saying he will be back today.

Received a message this morning that CCD Couriers is trying to contact me (no missed call nothing) I once again had to phone and arrange a new date, which has to go through to accounts department first and then a new delivery date will be sent to me.

Wow 3 weeks for a package delivery! I am sure the driver had other packages to deliver in Boksburg???

This is really the worst service ever!!!!!!!!
