CCD service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life when it comes to courier companies..you guys should just close shop once

Cause how do you set appointment dates for delivery and not deliver?? On two dates the scheduled for me which was the 8th of July where they said the driver called me but I didn’t pick up which is a lie there was no call or nothing on my phone ..cool so I call the agents they say they will reschedule for today 10 of July mind you I’m not going to work because of this delivery because I have to be there for some reason…today takes the cake though 😅😒

Firstly as they say 8-12 is they will deliver that’s some bs don’t bother waiting cause they won’t come ..called the center again ..only to find out that the driver ‘no,the address is wrong this time around” like tf they even had a landmark on there ..okay cool the agent says she will check where’s the driver and what’s happening she will call me back did she ? No

2 hours pass by it’s almost 3 pm I call the center again ..now this agent say no the driver says the address is wrong but wait it gets interesting..she then says no sorry your parcel was given to the wrong courier company like what ???

And then says we should reschedule again in my head I’m like hell no I’m not doing that again especially after spending days waiting for nothing why would I trust such a company that lies and takes shortcuts

Rain will definitely lose customers because of this ..I don’t even want that router anymore the way these people decided to just waste my time and think I’ll let them waste more ..crazy business

CCD COURIER DESERVES TO BE SHUTDOWN HELL EVEN IN THE RIGHT MIND TO GET THE LIKES OF DEVI TO UNRAVEL THE MORE SHADY THINGS YOU GUYS DO ****IT!!!!
