Was supposed or receive a parcel today.i wasn't a contacted.the third party I nominated received an SMS saying the parcel is few minutes away,when they got to the address I was never called nor was the third party contacted in anyway.onlu when I called I was told the third party was not in the premises hence it wasn't delivered/received.today was the first time I received a reference number from them
