The lady who answers your telephone doesn't have manners at all. Your telephone must start recording conversations otherwise you will loose many and many students and other customers to rent.

She's rude, talks very low and doesn't give information. She tells a customer straight to come to view or use website when customers ask for information even a simple question that needs a simple answers.

I personally used to hear that from other people complaining, but today around past 2pm, she did it to me and end up hanging phone for several times.

She denied to disclose her name.
