Still waiting for my refund of R3190

Still waiting for my refund of R3190.deposits for the res for my Daughter Duduzile P Mkhabela in 30A. As per the contract i am supposed to get the refund .i have send emails and called them still no refund now they are not answering their call they promised to call me back. Kindly assits me to get my money i need to pay rent with that money👏
