Most horrible experience and being ****** of our money

Last year starting from March I signed a contract with CBD RESIDENCY in Minnaar street ,Pretoria to stay there till the end of the year. Throughout the year the experience was horrible,the bed I slept in when I got there was a sponge,mind you before moving I asked if I will get proper bed so that I could bring my own if none would be provided, I was told that a proper bed would be given to me.Till the last day of me staying there I was sleeping on something I cannot describe till date.The hygiene was uncontrolled and the people who were suppose to help us and take care of us treated us horribly.

Now coming to our money.In March when I moved in I signed a contract which stated that 30 days after the end of contract which was December but I moved before and paid for December,I would be refunded the first deposit of R3300 which I paid for in March.The payment was supposed to be paid by the end of January 2022 ,which till date has not been paid, no communication from their side to tell us that the damage amount to so and so and we will receive what amount.Please note that the inspection was done the day before I moved out which was 26 November 2021and the only fault they found was that a certain portion of the wall was dirty. The place is unbearable 😫. Now we are hearing that there are new appliances installed with our money which they refuse to pay us back. Imagine having to fight for your money which you made an agreement with a business with.Now they are ignoring you like you don't exist and that they never even heard of you. CBD residency are *****,cheats and *****s. To be honest they don't even deserve the one star rating I gave.
