I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please help with a council for rentals where we can report CBD Residency. This people are ******* and it seems like no one is willing to do anything. They have been lying that they paid back my deposit which I know is not true. We can be protected from such really!!!!
