HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THABO SEHUME BUILDINGS ARE ********😡😡😡😡😡

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER😡😡😡 My sister moved out from cbd residency Thabo Sehume property on the 22 of December 2021 and was expecting a refund of R2200.00 within 21 days and the money was not refunded to us. So today the 31st of January when we were at the property we were told that our refund is R1000.00 because of cleaning,painting and mattresses of which which we didn’t sign for. The only papers we signed for, we were told that they are for our refund. Now they are telling us that the procedure was not followed by their employee who is no longer working there but we are supposed to pay for the mistake done by them😡😡😡😡😡
