Complain

Hi Peter is Merriam Sethole my daughter was a CBD Resident at Pretoria from 2021 at AJO Building,235 Visagie Street, Pretoria Contact ***),she move to CBD Resident Foundation Building,129 Madiba Street, Pretoria last 2023 the owner is the same person I pay admission fee of R2000 at AJO when she move to Foundation I pay 2800 all in all is 4800 which is the refund I must get when she left at resident January 2024,since she submitted refund form on the 15January 2024 they say we will receive the money in 31days which pass long since I have being calling every week same story, now the amount change to 3600 they say they took some of the money for service which I don't understand why.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
