CBD Residency *******ion (deposit refund)

The worst accomodation. As parent do not even try or think about taking your kids to stay there. How their management handles things , is very unprofessional and ***** to say the least, I am still waiting for my child’s deposit since he moved out in December.

I even had to drive all the way from Limpopo to Pretoria just to find out why and when will they refund him his deposit, I had interaction with students who where all over the place , I requested for the Res Manager but all I got was lies on top of lies , they said my son is in short of certain documents after receiving them ,they will refund him during the cause of the week of febaruary 5-9,which he then presented them with ,the minute I left they said a different story of the refund date ,now they say after 21 days , what kind of **** is that? By property law that’s against the law and am prepared to take the legal route , which from all the reviews I gathered on their website , they must be ready to answer for their ******** conducts.
