Cbd residency

I have a problem with cbd residency they gave me the REFUND Deposit of R1200 instead of R3 300 And the interest the incoming inspection and outgoing inspection checks was the same nothing has been not changed

Instead they claim they paint the room and take the fridge for repairs which is false information cause when I leave I did not damage anything everything was fine also my rent payment was up to date Who can help me to open a case against them cause the way they do things they ****** us if there was anything that I did mess up they were supposed to tell me before I leave their premises so we went through with outgoing inspection check list was fine suddenly when they supposed to pay me they tell me lot of stories and lease agreement refund is after 21 days but I had to fight after two months to get that money and still is not what I was expecting
