Bad service

I lived in one of their buildings in pta central. The contract I said I must put in notice 2 months before I move out which I did and that as soon as my proof of banking details have been received after I move out I will get my deposit back. It's been 3 weeks and still NOTHING. Every time I call I'm told I will get my deposit next week. If I dont call or email the building manager I dont get a response. Yesterday I requested their HO number which I still haven't been given. I speak to the building manager this morning who tells me she can't give me the number and that I shouldn't think that I'm that important as I'm not the only one she has to deal with. How is that we can't get hold of head office and that the staff is so rude to tell us that we are not important
